| Introduction | One day as we were coming home over the 520 bridge I looked up and said "I love the sky today." Michael decided to respond as if I had said "this guy" so he said "I love this girl today." I actually, rather than pretend like he did, misheard and wondered why on earth he was talking about a squirrel much less saying he loved it. So, I am now known as squirrel. |
Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Actually, I've asked them and aside from the unofficial state fish of Hawai'i, the humuhumunukunukuapuaʻa, none of them are keen on becoming bicycle riders. The humuhumunukunukuapuaʻa only like the idea because most people can't pronounce their name and they think they will be the subject of many more conversations if they are known as the fish who ride bicycles.
