| Introduction | Our sweet Stella Grace passed away due to extreme prematurity when she was born at 23 weeks & 4 days. If you would like to read the story of Stella Grace & her very short life you can learn more about her & our experience read my 1st entry. Before committing to bringing a child in to this world my passions laid mostly in the joy of nature, plants & animals. A great deal of my energies focused on dog rescue & my volunteer work to help save Boxers & French Bulldogs in need of 2nd chances & loving forever families. Since the beginning stages of planning for a child my energies shifted to creating & raising a healthy baby, all the love we would share & our futures together. Since loosing Stella I feel bonded with other Baby Loss Mommas. Instead of spending my time with dog rescues I've dedicated my energies toward another cause near & dear to my heart, The March of Dimes. I feel the need to make Stella proud of me & I struggle with how to make this happen daily. I miss Stella terribly & I vow to keep her memory alive as I stumble through this journey with as much grace as possible. |
